How much will implementation cost?

How long will implementation take?
The timeline depends on scope, data readiness, integrations and how much time your team can give to decisions and testing. We agree milestones for configuration, migration, testing, training and go-live after reviewing those dependencies.
Do we need to implement everything at once?
No. Start with the workflows that matter most, often finance and the operations that feed it. We map dependencies and agree a practical first release, with later phases for additional teams, sites or capabilities.
Can you help if we already use Odoo?
Yes. ERP23 offers support, upgrades, integration and project rescue. We review your configuration, custom code, data and open issues, then recommend what to retain, repair or replace before agreeing the scope.
Can Odoo connect with our other systems?
We assess available APIs, data flows, ownership and error handling. Your scoping plan identifies the interfaces to build, external-provider dependencies and how information will stay consistent between systems.
Can you migrate our existing data?
We review the source data and agree what to bring across, including opening balances and relevant master records. Your team helps clean and approve the data; migration checks and reconciliation form part of the agreed cutover plan.
How do you plan international ERP projects?
